Bangalore was founded in 1537 by Kempe Gowda I and was originally called Bangalore Fort. The British East India Company established an outpost there in 1831 which evolved into a settlement over time with its own municipal government and urban infrastructure.

The Lal Botanical Garden was established by Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya in 1925 as a tribute to his father-in-law who was a botanist himself. There are several attractions within the garden including a mini zoo, an aquarium with fish from all over the world (including piranhas), a butterfly park where you can see butterflies fluttering around in their natural habitat and an orchidarium housing over 2000 varieties of orchids from all over the world.

03 Bannerghatta National Park



 Bannerghatta National Park is a national park and a Tiger Reserve in the Bangalore Metropolitan Region in the state of Karnataka, India. It is located around 35 kilometres (22 mi) from Bangalore and spreads across an area of 160 square kilometres (61 sq mi). It was established in 1984 and is a protected habitat for many endangered species including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, elephants, gaur, sambar deer and barking deer. The area was once part of the erstwhile Hyder Ali's Kingdom that stretched from Dandeli to Nandi Hills. In 1894, when Bangalore Cantonment was set up by the British Army, Bannerghatta became part of its jurisdiction. Later on, it became part of Nelamangala taluk.


04 ISKCON Temple

ISKCON Temple Bangalore is a Hindu temple that is open to the public. It's located in the town of Bangalore, India, and it's the largest temple in the city. The temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna, who is one of the most popular gods in Hinduism.

The temple was built in 1966 by Prabhupada, who was a spiritual leader from India and the founder of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness). He established this temple as a place where people could come and worship Lord Krishna through prayer and meditation.

 Kempfort Shiva Temple is a Hindu temple located in Kempfort, Bangalore. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is an important pilgrimage site for many Hindus. The temple was built in the late 19th century by Kempfort's royal family and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple has been built in the Dravidian style of architecture, which is characterized by its massive entrance gates and high towers. The temple has six shrines dedicated to various deities including that Lord Shiva's weapons: the trident, arrow and discus.

The main shrine houses an idol of Lord Shiva known as Kempfort Bhairava. This idol is believed to have been installed by Kempe Gowda I at this location on his return from Vijayanagara, where he had gone to study under a guru named Vyasaraja Swami. There are other deities such as Lakshmi-Narayana, Ganesha and Subrahmanya Swamy located in smaller shrines within the complex.
