Navratri Special: Indian Railways decided to run special trains to Mata Vaishno Devi from 30 September The Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has decided to run special trains to Mata Vaishno Devi from 30 September. The decision was taken in a meeting of the Railway Board chaired by, Mr Anand Kumar Jha, earlier this month. Indian Railways also decided to increase the number of AC coaches on a train between Delhi and Mata Vaishno Devi (Katra) by six 3 Tier AC coaches and between Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station with accommodation of almost 600 tourists in one fixed departure.
